23. IdeaSpark*: Mini ID Tag November 7, 2006

IdeaSpark*: imagine a mini ID tag, like this medical ID tag, but for keychains, USB drives, coats, umbrellas, or anything you can think of that may get lost.

It could be the size of a nickel, and florescent orange, with some symbol or word that would convey: open me!. Once the tag is opened, you would find a folded up piece of paper that had your name, phone number, and email address (optional: reward offer).
