These toys have an incredibly simple design. But get them spinning, and then blow on them to accelerate the revolutions, and these Hurricane Balls can spin at 8-10 k rpms, for as long as 2 minutes. Though the novelty would wear off quickly (unless you came up with some sort of game), it is worth watching parts of the 2.5 minute video clip (of a 2-sphere unit, and a 4-sphere unit).
